Why are some components failing after screen replacement?

Hello all,

The other day I replaced my phone screen, iphone 6 (64). Everything was well, all that i replaced was the digitizer and lcd. All other parts were switched over to the new screen. I have done this before and never had a problem. This time Touch ID has failed. When in settings my fingerprints are lost and cannot add a new one. Just now it seems that my flash, camera, and speakers are not working. What could have gone wrong?

Please help!

Thank you,

Brandon

Try replacing the metal plate on the back of the LCD. It wouldn't hurt because its only like $5
