iPhone 5s with a Bluetooth and Wifi chip burnt

Hi Guys, I have a IPhone 5s with the WiFi and Bluetooth chip burnt out.

The phone has no water damage or any physical damage.

The phone is able to power-up for 5 sec before the screen goes black but when I look at the back of the LCD screen, you can see the back-light is still on.(This is with battery.)

DFU & Recovery mode is a bit complicated, the phone seems to go to DFU mode with the battery attached but I've tried putting the phone into DFU connecting to the computer, but it will immediately flash the apple logo before powering down.

Should I removed the Bluetooth and WiFi Chip? please help.

I've removed the shields, so where exactly do I have to measure?
