Will I Lose Any of my Data?

My phone screen is cracked and the bottom half of the digitizer does not work. I am replacing the screen in order to access some apps that are still on my phone with data/pictures on them that I need.

Will my phone data be reset to factory settings if I replace the screen or will everything be exactly the same as it was before I replaced the screen?

Everything will remain the same, unless you try to restore the software.

Once done, connect your iPhone to iTunes to help reset the phone's date and clock, THEN reboot it. Otherwise it will keep searching for a cellular signal and won't find it.

Good luck.

Once I change date/clock and reboot, will the phone be the same as before or rebooted to factory settings?

Same as before. When you disconnect the battery (you need to, in order to replace the screen), the time and date are reset to a default value. You need to set them back to the correct time and date once you reassemble your phone.
