Does the S3 start the screen without the digitizer?
i destroyed the digitizer when i moved off the glas, now the screen is not working. is it because there is no digitizer attached?

If you've damaged the digitizer and you still have an imaged displayed you can get away with a digitizer replacement in most cases. But if you've damaged the digitizer and no longer have a image, this means you've most likely cracked the LCD display unit as well and for this there is no fix.You will have to replace it all.
