external screen looks like cartoon colors or mud

what if external screen looks like cartoon colors or mud like colors?is it graphic chip problem in the laptop?

My external screen ok but laptop screen 3/4 white so i try external screen yet it turn like messy mud color.

Mag Su, that sounds like a bad GPU. A reball/reflow may temporary fix this. Ultimately the GPU would have to be replaced etc. If you do not have the ability to do those things, best to replace the complete logicboard.
