Headphone not recognised, but audio can play through the jack

When I plug the headphones into the jack the iPhone continues playing through the speaker. I've experienced this problem after replacing the rear camera on my iPhone.

I've tried replacing the logic board with the one of my brother's iPhone 5. With that the headphones are recognised as attached and the audio plays through them perfectly.

The connector on my logic board looks ok, so does anyone know where else in the logic board the problem may lay?

PS. I've also already tried to restore the iPhone with no luck

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Try a new dock assembly.

Tried that, but the behaviour did not change. The only thing that fixed it was to try another logic board, but if there is something that could be done on my logic board rather than buying a new one that'd be great..

I would suspect that the resistor in the headphone detection circuit possible got damaged, or the audio codec IC (U21) is failing then. If you don't have the tools to check them, you can find my contact info on my profile.

Where exactly in the logic board is the resistor you are talking about? I'd appreciate a lot if you could post a link to a picture where its location is highlighted.

I don't have a photo on me but I believe it is between the battery connector, dock connector, and the standoff screw between those two.

Good catch.. Both resistors in the red circle here: http://imgur.com/rI2Nqrj are missing in my board. I must have touched them with the spudger. Any idea where I could get them?
