Someone threw an iPad mini at me at a stop light and asked if I could look it. It won't power on at all, no response to anything. I started to pull the glass to check out the logic board then realized the glass and LCD are LOCA glued together. Is this normal? I hate LOCA glue. It's a big enough pain on phones, something this size is just insane. Any suggestions?

No, not for ipad mini.
However Apple glued ipad air 2 and imac, so you don't know about crazy.
