My iPhone 5s is less than 3 months old and after I droped it in the water it constantly says searching for signal and I can only txt with wifi , everything else works on the phone accept for the screen sometimes not working but after locking and unlocking the phone it will work again. Can this be fixed ?

Absolutely! Dardar, power your phone down immediately, and don't power it back up until after you've done the liquid cleanup. Leaving your device turned on if there's still liquid present (or residue left behind after the liquid dried) makes it far more likely that you'll short something out, and do damage that's expensive or impossible to fix.
