Help identify part that fell out while changig display

I changed the display on my iphone 5s yesterday and this part fell out. Does anyone know what it is and what it does? The dispaly is working but i get no ringtones or vibrations when getting a call or text. Thankfull for help!

make sure the small connector on the top right of the battery is connected.

thats just a clip, dont worry about it. your phone will work just fine if you dont &*$% anything else up when you are putting it together.

That goes under the screw at the bottom of the display.

Changing your display shouldn't mess up your audio or vibration, unless you seriously messed up.
