Problem my headphones cable was wet and i plugged it in figuring i damaged the headphone jack from my computer but now nothing plugged in sounds right nor do i have the laptop speaker showing up anymore. I imagine changing the headphone jack will solve these issues ? Wanted to know if its easy to do on the Retina Macbook Pro 13" Late 2013

Before you go replacing the headphone jack. You should be able to test if the speakers still work if you go into System Preferences > Sounds > Output and selecting internal speakers. If that does work i would recommend trying to carefully clean the headphone jack out with isopropyl alcohol
