black screen and the phone is working normally

My Phone's screen is black but it is working. led works the screen sometimes appear but disappears after that shortly.

The screen sometimes turns purple.

i think its an electricity problem

also the top of screen is working normally

i tried factory reset but the phone did not recover

Hi, it sounds like LCD damage, I would replace it and see if that works. :-)
