No GPS, Touch ID, or Flash after fixed Battery & Lightning port

After replacing my battery and lightning port, my phone powers on, makes calls, connects to wifi, syncs my Apple Watch, and functions normally except for these three specific problems:

1) I cannot get a GPS signal. However, Apple maps uses wifi to generally tell me where I'm at. Waze or other apps will not work.

2) My Touch ID does not function. The option appears in settings, but when I go to register finger prints, I get an error and it says to try later. The home button functions normally.

3) The Camera flash does not operate. When I turn on the flashlight through control center, the button indicates that the flash is on, but, alas, the flash does not light up.

Did I miss connecting a cable? I'm surprised everything else works as these do not seem related

Hey brianjlambert, before it's confirm that something is faulty, I'd recommend that you dis assemble then reassemble the battery replacement again. This is so you can figure out whether this was a simple mistake or a faulty part.

-Let me know how it goes.
