Options

there is no lights on the charger or the charger is not recognized so there is no

power going into the logic board and it will not turns on without battery, it runs on only on charged battery

Options

Try new dc in board, check power rail PPBUS_G3H which is on F7040 when battery is unplugged, check R7021/R7022 area.
