Has audio but no picture

I have an Insignia NS-37D flat screen that has no picture but does have audio. With the tv on, if I place a flashlight to the screen I can see the picture. Question is where can I find the parts to fix this? Do I need to replace just the back light converter? Thanks for any answers.
