Why my iPhone boots and screen starts to be red?

Hi,

my power/lock button stopped worked today, so I opened the iphone and replaced it, when I boot the screen is black with backlight on and then starts be red but only on left side of the screen. Maybe I damage the connector of the screen?

During the assembly I lost about 2 screws

Hey Roberto, this usually happens when all of the screws aren't in the correct place for the metal part which is usually found covering the digitizer. Please redo it make sure the screws are in the appropriate place because you can damage the logic board by doing this. A common mistake that can cause this is that the longer screw is put in the incorrect spot or missing screws.
