2015 13' Retina Display Replacement with 2013 Retina Display

Hello together!

First sorry for my bad english!

I have a broken early 2015 13' Macbook Pro Retina Display and a late 2013 13' Macbook Pro Retina with functionless logic board.

Now my question: Is it possible to replace the broken Retina Display from the 2015 with the one from 2013. Are the Displays the same or are they different?

Hope someone could answer my uncommon question ;)

Thanks in advance!

Hey rajohne, I'd recommend that you replace the broken display from your 2015 model with a display that is made to replace the 2015 model specifically. There are major differences internally and externally between the 2015 MacBook Pro and the 2013 MacBook Pro. The 2015 Display is different because it supports its compatible hardware. Even though they are both Retina Display they have major differences.
