Digitizer cleaning, is it possible?

I've cleaned my digitizer (in the inside sight) with an eyeglass wrap, now I'm experiencing some problems: (the touch screen doesn't work properly in the last two rows near the home button).

The strange thing is that after the cleaning worked perfectly for 2 days, than stopped working properly with no apparent reason.

Is there a way to clean it again, or should i have to change it?

Hi.... Cleaning it would not cause this problem... You either have damaged the ribbon cable #2 while completing your repair or it was incorrectly seated and has come loose. Open up your device and try reconnecting it to see if that helps.

I've already tried, but with no results...is it possible that i could have soiled the contacts, and in that case how could I clean it.??

I did cleaning and my digitizer also had gone.

Slight rubbing maybe I did to clean my fingermarks.

I think they cannot to be touched for better way.
