so i did, thenwhen i entered the correct password it will unlock but there will be no apps in the screen and it will just suddenly turn into the apple logo and go back to the slide to unlock screen. But it did not even restarted

You need to do a restore. iOS is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled. Google iphone restore for the how-to.
