Ps3 fan wont work

So my ps3 got the ylod and I followed your repair guide and it fixed it hoe ever when I turned it on to try and copy all my data to a use it shortly said that the system was over heated and shut down I left it for a couple hours to cool and turned on again and I noticed that there was no noise coming from the fan at all and that it's not working it then just $@$* off and again has the ylod can I do the ylod repair again to fix that also any ideas why the fan is now broke and how to fix it please
