keeps rebooting after 3min. on and off charge

hi, i repair phone on a daily basses.

i have checked and double checked connections etc.

timer is getting to "around" 3min then phone just dies on me......

line/yellow/black then back to apple logo.

tested - DFU

Tested - New Battery

Tested - Original Apple Screen

Tested - Flight Mode

Tested - on and off Charge

Please any other ideas.....?

Options

Sounds like an issue with the battery temp/gauge circuits. Does the charging percentage update before it reboots? Try reading the system log.

it gets to around 50% on the Battery icon and then doesn't move. it stayed on for 28 min then i had to remove the battery again, then the new battery was rebooting every 3min. do you have a link for testing the battery temp/gauge circuits?

I believe ibackupbot will let you read system logs from your iPhone.

i've been given the phone back to try again at fixing the battery problem. i'm getting ibackupbot as i type.....

i gather its trusted software/
