Why does my Toshiba NB390-108 have black screen and white text

My laptop when i turn it on comes up immediatly with a black screen and white writing which is repeated over and over again. It says something like PEX-E61 media test failure check cable. What does this mean and what do i have to do to fix it

Hey!It means that for whatever reason you have the network card as a boot device and it comes above your hard drive in the boot priority.

Simple, go into BIOS and change the HDD boot priority :)
