No Power (Feint Green Light On Power Adapter)

Well I purchased an AS IS Late 2009 A1342 Macbook From Ebay for 40 Dollars. The bottom casing was separated and the motherboard was exposed. I noticed three little parts were knocked off the motherboard. I get a Very Dim Green light on the power adapter and I was wondering if a new Motherboard would fix this issue. I have a picture of the parts that got knocked off.

The problem is that you don't know the history of the machine. Look for water damage, examine the LSI indicators to see if they have turned red. It will probably require an additional keyboard replacement. Who knows what parts may be good. If you don't have the means to repair a machine like this, don't buy it at any price.

I cannot see any Red/Pink marks on the bottom of the motherboard. I haven't taken it out yet. I bought a motherboard for Pretty Cheap (I Think I paid $50). If the keyboard doesn't work that is fine. This has just been a project machine. I was just wondering if those three parts that were knocked off would be giving me the no power issue.
