i cant start my phone its on bootloop. it started when i've downoad an apk of certain game. then my phone started hanging, the screen freezes then it reboot. and now it wont start propery, it just keep booting. i tried to press the android recovery system, it just open to the android recovery sytsem screen, then suddenly it boot, and then it keeps on booting in ARS screen.
Help please.

My phone is 5042T Pop Astro from Alcatel .
I started the phone but when trying to charge it it would not charge but will restart all the time. I did reset it but no change. Eventually I bought the back cover from ebay and the seller added a spare battery.
Tonight I relaced my battery with that one from seller and :Volila!! my phone is charging.
One can also hold the power for 10 seconds from the running mode until the phone restarts and then release the power button. Might stabilize the phone. My 2 cents.
