Why my Acer 4736Z laptop can't restart?

My laptop cant restart.... when i push start button, it appears bluescrint that show 2 step and first say "restart again your computer", then i restart for sec time and the bluescrint appear again... then i try second step "Uninstall any new software with safemode by clicking f8 when the window start", i try it again and when i cjoose safe mode, it kinda buffering and the blue scrint appear again... Wadda?? Please Help

I haven't had much success in this situation. (Other than what I am about to suggest, this normally works)

It sounds like maybe it shut down mid-update or something.

I have found in those cases, the OS is damaged but the data is good.

I normally take out the hard drive out, access it from another system, copy it.(pics, docs, etc...)

Then reinstall the operating system on the hard drive. (Watch it though, the drive may have been starting to fail)
