It turns on and the music plays but the screen is incorrect

It boots up and music is playing but the image is all pixelated and incorrect.

For example I can turn on Mario all stars and the main screen is almost all yellow on top and all red on bottom. There is no text and everything is blocky.

This happen years ago and was about the time I switched over to the N64 but I found it my parents and wanted to try to repair it. So it has been like this for awhile.
