Hi Joshua, could you post the model number of your Vizio TV? And what is the extent of the damage? Can you describe the problem in more detail?

I have the same problem. My daughters vizio tv stand broke and the tv fell while she wasn't home. Costco said they couldnt do anything. the model is E320i-AO. I tried to paste a picture of the screen but it wouldn't let me. You can see the point of impact in the lower right corner.
