The turn signals that once worked quit working at all.

1995 BUICK SKYLARK, all of the turn signal lights are working and the turn signal fuse is good. when i try to use either signal no indicator shows up on the instrument panel and i do not hear the turn signal relay sound.

Kurt, replacing the relay would be my first step.
