Red dot with E 79 error message and console freezes constantly

Where the green circle usually is I get 1 red dot.Sometimes I can't even get to the dashboard b/c my xbox freezes on the loading screen.I also sometimes get the E 79 error message.

Options

Hi open the xbox360 and clean it and reflow the south bridge and reapply new thermo pasted to the CPU/Gpu should fix your problem.
