PMIC hot possible short

Hello.

I am trying to revive a dead iPhone 5S. When I power it on the PMIC gets very hot. I measured the board and found the C102_RF gives approx. 170 ohms. I desoldered it from the board and the board still shows 170 ohms resistance to ground. On working board there is no resistance. Is it bad Wifi chip or it could be PMIC? Can you give me advice what to do next?

Thank you.

Answer this question I have this problem too
