searching and 'no service' on phone

I dropped my iPhone 4S and broke the screen and defected the touchpad, after replacing the screen and touchpad, there is no carrier service again.

i tried the SIM in different phone and it works,

if the carrier is updated, the carrier comes up for abt 5-10s and drops

i checked on the antenna, the 3G connector but still

i did the Itune restoring procedure but still

WHAT AGAIN SHOULD I DO?

Options

Firstly connect your device to a Wifi Network. Then enable Automatic Data & Time. This should normal fix something software wise. If you still have problems knock airplane mode off for a couple of seconds then switch it back off.
