It sounds like your LCD is dead. You can check the connection to the board for the LCD with this guide. Make sure that the display cable is properly seated in its socket and is not loose. If it still will not turn on, you can order the replacement part here, and use the guide I linked to replace the current one. Make sure to choose the display color that matches your model. I have a galaxy s5 and when I was at church I turned on a show for my baby sister then a couple of mins later my phone went blank with a black screen it had a green line on it then later on I turned it back on I could of move the screen it works but its a black screen I can't see nothing I can hear the screen move but its just blank how can I solve this issue

For mine i turned it off, then I just put a little pressure on the screen with my thumb and just rubbed the screen a bit, then turned it on and it worked again for like 3 months. Repeated the same thing and lasted a few more months nd still works a year later :)

When I press the power key to make the screen light up or go dark green lines run all through my screen and it flashes really bad like the screen is about to stop working if I turn the brightness all the way down

You need to replace your entire glass, LCD, digitizer assembly, MAKING SURE TO clean all contacts with 90% isopropyl alcohol, blow-out phone and new parts w/compressed air, and for God sakes, wear an anti-static wrist band when handling phone and parts while open..
