No Video output to dock connector

Video output via the dock connector does not work with the MLB At Bat app.

It might indeed be the app as it stopped working rather suddenly but does still work with other apps. The app in question is MLB At Bat for IPad.

Does it work with other apps on your iPad? If yes then it may be the app itself that is the problem.
