Why does my phone keep on turning on and off.
my phone keeps on turning on then off before it turns on completely.

Others have had similar boot issues with the Nexus 5. Some have had success with holding the power button down through most of the boot cycle. If that does not work, try holding the power button and volume down button at the same time when you boot.
