Screen goes mad after replace battery

Hello,

Yesterday we received a new battery for our iPhone 4s, it was changed successfully and it does work very well, but when closing the cover, the screen goes mad showing lines, inverted colors, etc.

It seems to happen because the battery is pushing the screen from the slot.

That's not happening with its own battery... any idea?

Cheers,

Luis.

Compare the new and old battery to make sure they are the same size.

I did it several times, the only thing I did was remove some bubble and crease the black cover of the battery had. It seems the screen stopped doing it, but if I slightly press the back cover it sometimes can go mad again.

One thing I realised is that the mobile does not have white plastic that should be under the battery, but it did not have it with the old one..

Is that plastic necessary?
