Did I damage my iPhone?

I accidentally slipped and scratched something grey of my iPhone's logic board with the screwdriver.. Is this a serious problem or nah?

The phone is working fine, so idk

Sadly enough I can't, since I already closed it and don't wanna open it again because I'm afraid I'm &&^&^$^ it up even more, lol

But is there just like a way you can damage your iPhone by damaging the grey, little things? (like here: http://prntscr.com/7en8sh)

I can't see the image too well. But from what I saw, unless the piece in question was completely broken, you should be fine. But I would keep a close eye on the phone for about a week, if you notice any malfunctions, you may have a problem
