Can I remove the keys from the keyboard?

I want to buy a Mac book pro with french canadian or French keyboard to change the keys by Spanish ones. How can I do this? The system is the same as in the last models?(scissors keys? Or the new one (butterfly?). Thanks!!

Add the Spanish keyboard in System Preferences > Keyboard.
