Why is my washer blowing a circuit breaker?
I started my washer then after mostly filling it blew the circuit breaker. I reset the breaker but it keeps blowing. What do I check, or do?
Is this a good question?

You obviously have an electrical short. Unplug it. Use a multimeter to test continuity. Look for loose wires, burned wires or burned spots.

Thanks, we checked all over and couldn't find the issue. Since the washer is about 30 years old, we decided to get a new one. Got our money's worth on the old one.

I'm having same issue with my Kenmore 110.4584190 washer. If wires needs to be replaced, is this an expensive fix?
