jeromelidoreau, what you are looking at is a security screw head. that is the latest rip-off done by manufacturers. It will prevent the normal person from repairing there devices. Manufacturers call those tamper proof since they. It can be a chore to find the right screw driver for that since those screws are non-standardized. Do a Google search with the term security screw and then weed through the many screw driver sets that are available until you find the right set for yours. Sometimes you have to improvise and modify an existing tool.

Looks like that one might be a "Tampruf" style, found a good resource here. Might be hard to get the right tool, improvisation would probably be best, especially if you have a rotary tool.
