Buttons on TV Stuck!

My VX200E has a knack for tipping over. Often. The most recent time slid the button module out from under the veneers. I've half-heartedly tried to move them back in place without disassembly using a flashlight and pliers but that got old quick. Next I tried to pry open only the affected corner and pick up and place the module back to its supposed position. I then reassembled, and bolted the base to the table just in case. Turned the device on and immediately notice the volume level increasing, started pressing a bunch of the buttons from the outside of the encasement and now the input menu won't go away in addition to the volume maxing out. Actually the input menu does go away if I unplug the power from the device (because surprise the power button is a volume up button now too).
