battery draing really fast , i can watch it go from 50 %to 0% in 20 m

Check the dock connector for debris or damage. Also check the screen brightness in your settings. If both are ok , it may be time for a battery replacement.

This sounds like a bad battery to me. Has the iPad come into contact with any liquids? I would definitely check the dock connector like Brian said, and if the connector is fine I would order a replacement battery here and use the replacement guide here. This repair is difficult so if you have not done iPad repair before you will want to proceed with caution. For tools, at a minimum you will need the kit version of the iOpener tool.
