iPhone issues after a battery replacement

I have a problem after a battery replacement on my 5s 32 GB.

Volume/Mute button, home button stopped working and nobody can't hear me during a call unless I'm on the speaker.

The ribbon flex tape of volume/power button was replaced and now they work.

The bottom dock connector was also replaced but nothing changed - I am not heard during a call.

The home button doesn't work but the touch ID does, as it did before the dock connector change.

So now, I got two issues: the home button and the inability to be heard during a call.

However, when I try to record a video the sound is recorded, same thing with the dictation in the messages app! But the sound recorder app can't do it, and neither can Siri! I guess different apps use different mics.

Is there anything wrong with the LCD and its connectors or I've broken something on the motherboard? I've been reading on these issues over a week now... ;/

Any help appreciated.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3
