Won't boot up and bleeping

Laptop fully charged when switch on it bleeps just one bleep evenly spaced out. Therefore it won't turn on. I believe it may be ram fault.????? Tried all of the press down button tests . Nothing appears to work I'm thinking logic board replacement but can I put in a logic board with 4gb currently 2 or will this not work or fit any ideas for both the possible fault and change of logic board

The RAM on this model is integrated into the logic board. Check the price of the logic board and if it exceeds $325 consider getting a flat rate repair directly from Apple. (this is if the machine has not gotten water damaged. Apple will fix any and all problems the machine has for this flat rate.
