no charging ,no itunes,dead

hi,guys i bought an iphone 3gs after sometimes i started get some problem 'this charging not supported with this accessory'

When removed the charge and i put the same charger after sometimes , it okay my iphone is charging but today my battery is dead, i put charge it did not took,so i brought a new charger i have the same problem,i watched my video on youtube but i not found any solution could help me

i searchng help and i wanted everyone gave an answer
