Battery stuck at 100% after screen replacememt

I changed my screen on my iPhone 5s and the battery percentage will not change. I essentially dont know how much battery i have at any point in time.

Options

Restore with DFU mode (hold power button and home button, after 10 sec, only stay home button pressed and wait.

If not working, take a look on motherboard.
