Is rear housing interchangeable among different models?

Hi, long time reader first time poster here. Does anyone know if the rear housing is interchangeable? I'm particularly interested in compatability between the n910v and n910p is there is a lack of parts available of the n910v in the rear housing department. I noticed the casings look a little different.
