cant get my carrier to work, keeps saying "searching..."

i just replaced my iphone 5 screen and ever since it hasent connected to my carrier, and im kinda scared cuz ive tried everything on this site and it hasent worked! Help me plz

Options

There are 3 options.

You broken the SIM card reader.

You broken a chip on the mother board.

Antenna is not connected
