Spot on new screen

I purchased a battery and screen assembly from i fixit. After reassembly there is a yellow spot/patch on the top left part of the screen. Any idea? Defective screen or reassembly error?

Have you pushed the screen a little too hard and too much ?

Anyways email support and attach photos and you should get a replacement. There is not much else you can do

No. Only light/delicate pressure and only on edges.

Haven't located email address for support yet. I am sure I am just overlooking it, but haven't located.

It`s called B grade LCD assembly, that`s because the quality of the screens is not good enough...That happens sometimes, unless you buy pure original screens from Apple, please notice.. it`s Apple... not Foxconn...

Try this-open the screen removed side screws of the frame and re screw them but screw them with no force I tell they are in...once there in the frame do not tighten them up light you normally would leave them loose and see if this help.yellow spots are caused by tension-like from the frame or sometimes over heated lcd during refurbishing.
