I lost vibration modul

Hi,

after display replacement I lost vibration modul, I would like to test the new display, but on the screen is Apple logo and iPhone keeps restarting.

My questions are:

Does iPhone need all parts to boot?
Is there any schema with all iPhone parts/components?
