LCD not showing anything after replacement

I've followed the instructions on this page, on how to change the LCD screen on my Nikon DSLR D40, but it's not working, it either shows 100% White or just a small backlit - no informations or pictures, lines or anything.

So My question is - could I have missed something out, any plastic film that I should have removed or anything like that?

please check cable connect from LCD to board.
