Why is my power button stuck?
I was playing with my ipod and its case and suddenly my power button got stuck!!! can anyone help me???
Also can I just push it out from the inside of the ipod???

start to lightly tap it, maybe it will snap loose.

the only other thing to fix it, is to take it apart and replace it. the only thing to get it working now without fixing it is to turn on touch assist in your settings to give you a on screen button to use as a power button. settings - general - accessibility - assistivetouch.

its your power button and volume ribbon cable. replacing the cable will fix your issue but it requires steady hands and soldering.

really??/ thx i could do it... i am young and have steady songs... but it could play songs with voice control.... so..... it actually works???

Try a hard reset by holding the home and power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work it is possible that the LCD is unplugged or the backlight is burned out. Was the ipod dropped or water damaged?

uhhhhh i did hard reset like 10 times, and yes i have dropped it in water but then i dried it with a hair dryer and i but it in a bag of dry rice for 3 days. And apparently my power button and volume ribbon cable is cut...
